Owl Practice

Nourishing Hearts utilizes Owl Practice,  a Canadian comprehensive practice management solution designed specifically for therapists working in private practice. The web-based Owl platform includes Scheduling, Client Data Management, Note-taking,  Invoicing, Forms/Measurement/Assessment tools, and Client Portal. It is hosted in Canada and uses bank-level encryption to achieve Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) compliance.  

 

Client Portal

As a client, you will have your own personal access to the Client Portal which will give you access to; completing intake and assessment forms; video sessions, and secure messaging.

Create  Your Account

Go to  https://oab.owlpractice.ca/nourishinghearts. 

In order to complete your set up, you must:

• Create an account

• Verify their email address

To create the account, click on Create Account. Once an account is created, you will need to verify your email address. This is a simple email sent to their inbox with a link to the verification screen.

Fill Out The Referral Form

Be sure to submit the referral form in order to alert staff that you have created an account.
